Audiology

The Audiology Department is co-located on 3rd Floor of Great Western Hospital, alongside the ENT Department. The Audiology Team support evening private ENT consultations providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and management for adults and children with hearing loss and/or tinnitus.

They also provide vestibular assessment and vestibular rehabilitation for patients referred by hospital consultants and are able to make MRI referrals for Vestibular Schwannoma screening if the referral criteria is met.

They are a team dedicated to improving the patient experience of the services offered through regular patient forums and patient satisfaction surveys as well as through service improvement projects and technological developments.
